We got to hotel at am. Checked in with no problem went to room and the cleaning cart was outside our room.
Went back down and lady very nice by the way. She apologized and gave us a room credit and a other room. That room smelled like cigarette smoke and we do not smoke.
So went back down and she was very apologetic to the situation and she spoke to manager and they credited resort fees and gave us a mini suite.
Evey hotel will ha e issues but it's the way employees treat you and help the situation for at the end the customer is left with a fantastic experience.
Thank you for the great service. See you soon Date published: We went to see Aerosmith on my Feb. Check-in was easy with electronic machines. Hotel room was nice and was only missing a mini-fridge.
The shops and clubs in the hotel were fun and the restaurants were all excellent. Having only 1 Starbucks in the hotel was a bit of a waiting game in the mornings, but other than that, everything at the hotel made it the place to stay!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hockey5 from Excellent I have stayed at the Park MGM before and would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone. Rooms are great, staff is wonderful and helpful and you can't beat the location, especially if you are going to T Mobile arena, basically across the street.

Answer from Cristina Weaver. Feb The shape of the building is at an angle, almost like a Y shape, so there are rooms that face the direction of the airport, but the building is about a city block away from the airport.
These rooms with an airport view are part of the v part of the y, which means they are at an angle, and each face of the building are either: facing the north end of the strip or the south end of the strip.
The airport is located towards the south end of the strip. You are close enough to the airport to see planes depart or arrive.

Part of it is safety but some is liability fearing a guest could drown. Also there are financial incentives that the hotel attempts to further generate funds!
